GuLP-1 Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To begin a return, contact us at support@gulp-1.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the quickest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is confirmed.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@gulp-1.com.

Weight Loss Guarantee Terms

To be eligible for a full refund under our Weight Loss Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

Within 7 days of your GuLP-1 purchase, you must email a video to support@gulp-1.com showing:

– Your full face

– Your weight clearly displayed on digital scales

Between day 100 and day 107 after your purchase, you must email a second video showing:

– Your full face

– Your weight clearly displayed on the same or similar digital scales


If your final weight shows no reduction compared to your initial video, we’ll refund 100% of your order(s) placed within that time frame.

Important Notes:

– Videos must be unedited, clearly show the display, and be timestamped by file metadata.

– Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly via gulp-1.com.

– Only one claim per customer.

– We reserve the right to reject submissions that are incomplete, unclear, or suspected of manipulation.

- You must have order more than 3 packs of GuLP-1 and taken the product consistently for 100 days
