I was taking the injections, but they made me feel terrible. I was recommended this and I can safely say it’s curbed my appetite, and there’s no nasty side effects

I've been using this for a week now, one or two servings a day and I can definitely feel that my appetite has reduced. It does feel like being on one of the glp 1 injections, at half the cost and no worrying about side effects.

It does certainly curb your appetite, but I couldn't get past the taste or texture. It's bearable in a smoothie, etc, but that's not always practical. Mixing it with water is how I would imagine wallpaper paste to taste. Sadly it's not for me

Tried so many supplements but this is by far the best !!! Thankyou !!!Need to start having every day to see changes in my weight , but I’ve noticed a small loss in weight and keeps me full for longer, and the taste is amazing, only negative is it’s very thickonce made

Only been using this product for a week so early days but don't feel as bloated, doesn't taste the best but mixed in yoghurt is absolutely fine
